Your Vieple video interview can be completed on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android devices. This is a great alternative if you are having any computer issues, or don't have access to a computer with a camera and microphone.
To complete your interview, you can head to live.vieple.com using the following web browser on your device:
iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)
To complete your interview on an iOS device, you will need to use version 12.2 or newer of the Safari browser. To ensure your device is up to date, head to the Settings app, and tap on General > Software Update . This will update your device and make sure you have the compatible version.
You will also need to make sure that your Low Power Mode is set to Off:
Once you have updated your device, you can head to live.vieple.com using the Safari app to complete your interview.
Tap on the AA icon in the top-left and go to Website Settings to enable your camera and microphone access for Vieple.
Android Devices
To complete the interview using and Android Phone or Tablet, you will need to use the Google Chrome web browser.
Click on the Google Chrome icon on your device:
Once you have opened Google Chrome, you can head to live.vieple.com to complete your interview.
